U-12 Boys Blizzard

The HSC Blizzard are named after the great HSC Blizzard teams of the past. We feel honored to use the same name as these teams and strive to be as succesful and respected as they were.

The HSC Blizzard is a group of boys that have earned a reputation on the field as great competitors. They play in the highly competitive Delco 1 league as well as playing in competitive tournaments throughout the year. They play hard and aggresive but respect their opponents and always play fair. The team has shown great character over the years in coming from behind in important games and always leaving everything on the field.

Off the soccer field they are a fun group of kids. In between games at tournaments is one of the best times for the Blizzard players as they get to act like kids with each other, run around, be loud, and act like they are crazy.

The Blizzard are coached by Robert Jamieson and David Dunning. The coaches believe it is important to set an example of how a player should act by talking to the referees with respect and encouraging good sportmanship. The players all encourage each other and do not speak to each other on or off the field in a negative manner. The team is often trained by Steve Cavalier and is managed by Guy DiSimplico. The coaches also believe it is very important to be involved with our 2nd team the Warriors and 3rd team the Destroyers. All 3 teams coaches are in communication throughout the year and are aware of the the other teams players and challenges throughout their season. We believe this is what being part of a club like HSC is all about.
